Права возвращения
It's very simple. You can return any product that you bought in freshdeli online shop, within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery, if you didn't open it, use or damaged the manufacturer package. We accept the return of the product, you have to send an electronic message (which you must specify the order number and any goods returned) at info@mediola.lt and properly packed for return to the product. You can use the package in which the product was delivered to you or the other, it is important to put the item returned so that it would not be damaged during transport. Do not forget to put together and the bill or a copy thereof. To return a product please use the courier service.

You received the wrong item?
If you received wrong item(item that you didn't order), please let us know by sending an email to info@mediola.lt (contains specify the order number, what item what you received and item what you ordered). We will pay the cost of returning goods and we'll send your ordered product as soon as we receive the returned item. You just need to follow the above procedure for returning the goods.
Important information
We will pay all costs of returning the goods if this is due to our mistake.
Unfortunately, if the product that returns, will be with damaged original package, or had been opened, or were been used. Return your money or other goods can not replace.
